Service Description

HourSlip is a financial management platform for Indian freelancers. It provides time tracking, GST invoice generation, GSTR-1 export, advance tax planning, expense tracking, and platform income aggregation.

Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Plans & Payment

HourSlip offers the following plans:

• Free: 3 clients, 10 invoices per month, basic time tracking.
• Pro Monthly: Rs. 199/month. Unlimited clients, invoices, and all features.
• Pro Annual: Rs. 1,999/year. Same as Pro Monthly at a discounted rate.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no invoices have been generated on the paid plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HourSlip for any unlawful purpose, to generate fraudulent invoices, or to misrepresent tax information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, GSTR-1 data, and tax calculations. HourSlip provides estimates and tools but is not a licensed tax advisor.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into HourSlip, including client information, time entries, invoices, and financial data. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

HourSlip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any tax penalties, incorrect calculations, data loss, or business decisions made based on information provided by the platform. Tax estimates are approximate and should be verified by a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HourSlip after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
